About Me.
My path to becoming a therapist was deeply shaped by my experience as my mother’s caregiver. Supporting her through the challenges of living with a chronic illness was both formative and eye-opening—it taught me about resilience, the complexities of care, and the emotional depth of human connection.
I was born and raised in rural Manitoba and have called Toronto home since 2007. I'm also raising two children here, an experience that continually deepens my understanding of life's complexities and joys. These experiences, both personal and geographical, continue to inform my approach to therapy with compassion, presence, and pragmatism.
I graduated from the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, a training program that meets the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) competencies for registration.
I am a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. abide by the code of ethics. I completed the one-year training program for professionals at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto.
I have a BA in Conflict Transformation Studies from the University of Winnipeg and it was in this program that I discovered the study of family systems and attachment theory.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a fully licensed member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
I have a private practice and work virtually with clients all across Ontario. I continue to engage in clinical and peer supervision and participate in trainings and workshops. My pronouns are she/her.
It’s a privilege to do this work, and I’m here to support you in finding clarity, connection, and meaningful change. I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m looking forward to learning all about you.
With each client, I aim to create a space that’s grounded in compassion, trust, and possibility.
I bring this experience into every session, with the intention of offering a thoughtful, supportive space for your growth.
With gratitude,

I charge $180 for a 50min Session. I believe that therapy should be accessible. I keep a limited number of spots open for sliding scale clients based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please feel free to reach out—I'm happy to discuss options with you.
-
Yes. I work exclusively online with clients across Ontario, BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Therapy from the comfort of your own space can be just as impactful as in-person sessions, with added flexibility and convenience.
-
I offer a free 15-minute introductory consultation — a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good match. We’ll talk a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy, your previous experiences (if any), and what you’re hoping to get from our time together. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and see if it feels like the right fit for you.
-
Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions. We can adjust based on what feels right for you.

Therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come for short-term support over a few months, while others choose to stay longer for more in-depth work. The approach I use often lends itself to longer-term therapy, but ultimately, the pace and length are up to you. We’ll check in along the way to discuss cadence of sessions. If you decide to take a break, I do my very best to make room in my practice for you to come back.
